On May 21, 2025, within the framework of strategic cooperation with The Trump Organization, Hung Yen Company – a member company of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (HSX: KBC) – officially held the groundbreaking ceremony of the first Trump-branded comlex in Vietnam featuring golf courses, luxury villas and resorts named Trump International, Hung Yen. The event was honored to welcome Comrade Pham Minh Chinh – Member of the Politburo, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. On the afternoon of May 11, 2025, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) and Saigon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (SHP – KBC's member company) solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for Infrastructure Construction Investment and Trading of Trang Due 3 Industrial Park Project in An Lao district, Hai Phong City. This event is a part of a series of events towards the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong city.

On April 28, 2025, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province approved the investment policy and simultaneously approved the investor for the Infrastructure construction investment and Trading of Expanded Que Vo 2 Industrial Park (QVMR2 IP)" by granting Decision No. 333/QD-UBND to Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC).
The area of the project is 140.34ha, which is implemented in Mo Dao commune, Yen Gia commune and Phuong Mao ward, Que Vo town, Bac Ninh province with the goal of investing, constructing and trading industrial park infrastructure. The total investment capital of the project is 1,878 billion VND. The operation term of the project is 50 years from the date of land allocation or land lease by the Governance.

The implementation of Trang Cat Urban and Service Area and the Operation situation of the Corporation

On the morning of March 6, 2025, the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (Securities Code: KBC) was held at the Corporation's headquarter in Que Vo Industrial Park - Bac Ninh province with the participation of 177 shareholders (including online and in person), representing 517,547,215 shares, accounting for 67.4237% of the total voting rights. Chairman of the Board of Directors – Mr. Dang Thanh Tam attended the General Meeting online and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director was authorized to run the General Meeting.

On March 5, 2025, a day before the General Meeting of Shareholders of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), KBC and this Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the sublease of more than 30 hectares of land in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province.

In addition to the good news about Trang Due 3 Industrial Park Project (with the scale of 652.73 hectares) and Trang Cat Urban - Service Area Project (with the scale of 584.94 hectares) in Hai Phong city, which KBC has just been granted the Investment Registration Certificates by the Prime Minister on January 14 and 15, 2025, On January 22, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision No. 211/QD-TTg on approving the investment policy for infrastructure construction and trading of Kim Thanh 2 Industrial Park (phase 1) in Hai Duong province.

On January 16, 2025 afternoon, in Hai Phong, two key projects of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation including Trang Cat Urban and Service Area and Trang Due 3 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Project were awarded the investment registration certificates, witnessed by leaders of the Government, Central Ministries and Hai Phong City.

On August 22, 2024, a ceremony was held in Ho Chi Minh City to honor the "50 Best Listed Companies in Vietnam 2023" organized by Forbes Vietnam Magazine in collaboration with a number of units. KBC was one of the 50 enterprises honored at the event.

On August 7 afternoon, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation coordinated with People's Committee of Bac Ninh City to organize the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of the Phuc Ninh New Urban Area’s detention basin project. This is an event to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Bac Ninh city (8/8/1954 - 8/8/2024).

On June 19, 2024 morning, at Que Vo Industrial Park – Bac Ninh province, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) successfully held the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Attending the General Meeting were 176 shareholders (including shareholders and authorized representatives of shareholders) representing 420,044,602 shares, equivalent to 420,044,602 votes, accounting for 54.7215% of the total votes of all shareholders.
