On the afternoon of March 28th, at Bac Ninh, Industrial Zones Authority of Bac Ninh together with Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation organized the conference on investment promotion of Chinese electronics industry. On the morning of January 2, 2023, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province held a ceremony to award the investment registration certificate for the "Fulian Precision Technology Factory" project of Ingrasys (Singapore) Pte. Ltd to implement its project in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Bac Giang province. This is the first investment project licensed in 2023 of Bac Giang province - the beginning of a new promising and successful year.

On the morning of December 28, 2022, at Que Vo Industrial Park - Bac Ninh province, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) successfully held the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022. Attending the meeting were 154 shareholders (including shareholders and their authorized representatives) representing 529,011,000 shares, equivalent to 529,011,000 votes, accounting for 68.9171% of the total votes of all shareholders of the Corporation. With the authorization of Mr. Dang Thanh Tam - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director- is the Chairman of the General Meeting.

Accepting the invitation from President of Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc paid a state visit to the Republic of Korea from December 4th to December 6th, 2022. This visit to Korea by President Nguyen Xuan Phuc took place in the context that the two countries Vietnam and South Korea are celebrating the 30th anniversary of establishing the diplomatic relation (December 12th, 1992 - December 12th, 2022). KBC Chairman Dang Thanh Tam was honored to accompany the President and was invited by the President of Korea to the national banquet. With a strong belief in the bright future of the two countries' relation, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and President Yoon Suk Yeol agreed to issue a Joint Statement on upgrading the relationship between Vietnam and South Korea to the level of “Strategic Cooperative Partnership”.

The 29th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit Week was held in Bangkok City, Thailand from November 14 to November 19, 2022. Attending the APEC Summit Week 2022 and participating actively in ABAC's activities, especially in the dialogue session between ABAC and Leaders of APEC member economies, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam - Chairman of the Board of Directors of KBC and the only official representative of Vietnamese enterprises - had the opportunity to meet and interact with many leaders and representatives of APEC member economies, as well as joined meetings with senior leaders of APEC and of many large organizations, enterprises attending the Summit, creating a premise and many valuable and effective opportunities to cooperate with sizeable partners for KBC and member companies of SGI Group.

On November 22, Long An province handed over the investment policy decision of the Prime Minister for 4 industrial parks in the province with a total area of 1,770 hectares and a total investment of nearly VND 23,000 billion. In which, there are two projects invested by a subsidiary of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC).

The 29th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit Week is taking place in Bangkok, Thailand from November 14 to November 19, 2022. At this Summit, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam - Chairman of KBC is attending the APEC Business Advisory Council Meeting (ABAC) as a member of ABAC and the APEC CEO Summit.
