On May 28, 2023, People’s Committee of Hai Phong City and Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (SHP) organized groundbreaking ceremony for Social Housing Area under the of Urban – Commercial Service and Housing Project for workers, Le Loi commune, Quoc Tuan commune, An Duong district, Hai phong city.
