BAC NINH – On November 27 afternoon, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee visited and worked with some companies in industrial parks within the area. Also attending were comrades: Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and leaders of some departments and provisions.
The delegation worked with Luxshare Co., Ltd. (Van Trung Industrial Park). The company representative said that Luxshare - ICT is the world's leading multinational corporation, headquartered in Guangdong (China), currently owns more than 50 domestic and foreign branches, with research centers in the United States and factories in Germany, Vietnam, and India.

In Bac Ninh province, the enterprise has factories in Van Trung Industrial Park and Quang Chau Industrial Park with the growth rate reaching nearly 50% in the past 10 years.
In 2025, the revenue of the enterprise will reach more than 66 billion yuan, striving to increase by about 15% in 2026. Luxshare - ICT Bac Ninh currently creates jobs for about 60 thousand workers, of which about 5 thousand Vietnamese workers participate in the important stage of product production of the enterprise.
The company’s core products include: manufacturing of a wide range of consumer electronic devices such as headphones, smartwatches, speakers, data cables, wireless chargers, cameras, etc... This achievement has been made possible thanks to the valuable support from the provincial authorities and relevant agencies over the past period. With this success, the company would like to thank the support of the province and the authorities in the past time. Due to the large scale of production, each year, the company needs to recruit a large number of workers, hoping to be supported by the province to recruit and ensure a stable labor source.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Hong Thai expressed gratitude for the warm reception from the company. He noted that Bac Ninh province was officially established on July 1, 2025 following the merger of the two provinces: Bac Ninh and Bac Giang, creating a larger administrative unit with a rich cultural, historical, and scholarly tradition. In recent years, despite facing many common difficulties of the world economy, the province has maintained a high growth rate. Bac Ninh is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.
The province currently has 36 industrial parks established with more than 10,600 hectares and under the master plan, this number will expand to 50 industrial parks with a total area exceeding 15,000 hectares. A number of strategic infrastructure projects are being strongly implemented, especially Gia Binh International Airport, with a scale of nearly 1,960 hectares under 4F standard - a new aviation gateway of the Capital region and the North in the future. This will be an important driving force to promote the attraction of investment, logistics and services, creating a new competitive advantage for Bac Ninh province in the next decade, and at the same time serving the goals of national defense and security.

In the journey to make Bac Ninh a high-tech industrial hub and a centrally governed city before 2030, the province hopes to continue receiving the companionship of Luxshare-ICT — an important partner with vision and strong implementation capacity.
He expressed confidence that the cooperation between the two sides will continue to be strengthened, opening up many new opportunities and bringing practical benefits to both the enterprise and the province; contributing to tightening economic cooperation and deepening the traditional friendship between the peoples of Vietnam and China.
Comrade Nguyen Hong Thai and the delegation conducted a field survey to implement the Que Vo Industrial Park Expansion 2 project
On the same day, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai and the delegation surveyed the progress of the Que Vo Industrial Park Expansion 2 project invested by Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation, with a registered investment capital of more than 1.8 trillion VND. The project is implemented in Chi Lang commune and Phuong Lieu ward, Bong Lai ward, Que Vo ward with a scale of about 140.34 hectares.
Up to now, the land area for which compensation has been paid has reached 62.3/92.9 hectares (67.06%), with a total amount of about 268.34 billion VND. The investor is leveling 1.5 hectares in Bong Lai ward, preparing to hand over land lot B and lot C to investors. However, the site clearance is still difficult because some households have not received compensation money, there are problems in verifying the origin of land and relocating graves; technical infrastructure is slow to be implemented because land allocation procedures have not been completed and are entangled with the Yen Vien - Pha Lai railway and Noi Bai - Ha Long expressway.
At the meeting, the delegates suggested that departments, branches and localities closely coordinate, accelerate the progress of compensation, relocation of graves, approve infrastructure documents, soon complete the synchronous technical infrastructure, create conditions to attract investment in industrial parks; at the same time, urgently complete the dossier and submit it to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, build a wastewater treatment plant and consider approving traffic connection points at the request of the investor.
Through the work of grasping the situation and checking the facts, on the basis of the comments of the delegates, Comrade Nguyen Hong Thai requested that it is necessary to continue to mobilize for people to agree on site clearance. The current implementation results are quite positive, receiving great coordination and support from local authorities and many people.
The province identifies this as a key project; therefore, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned relevant agencies and local authorities to strengthen communication about the importance and significance of the industrial park for the province’s socio-economic development. Regarding the relocation of graves, an appropriate plan is required, taking advantage of the year-end period to implement immediately, ensuring peace of mind among the people. The province will accompany the enterprise, promptly remove obstacles, and strive to accelerate the project’s implementation progress.
