On the morning of March 12, 2026, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) had the honor of welcoming Mr. Liu Shih-Chung, Head of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam, along with the delegation, for a visit and working session at the Corporation’s headquarters. The visit aimed to strengthen connections between KBC and the Taiwanese business community, while promoting new investment cooperation opportunities in the industrial parks developed by KBC

On the morning of March 11, at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony took place between the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and Accelerated Infrastructure Capital (AIC) regarding the investment in an artificial intelligence (AI) data center. At the same time, the investment registration dossier for the project was formally submitted. The event was witnessed by Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, together with representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and international partners. This will be the first AI mega-project in Ho Chi Minh City, with a total estimated investment of approximately USD 2.1 billion. The project will be implemented by a joint venture between AIC, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation, and international partners. The project includes components such as a data center, regional infrastructure, equipment systems, power supply, water supply and drain

To celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on February 12, 2026, KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) and Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation (HYG) held the inauguration ceremony for the Thanh Ha overpass project in Ha Dong commune, Hai Phong city.

On January 7, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province issued 2 Decisions approving the results of the invitation for interest of investors to participate in the registration for the implementation of the Van Canh 1 and Van Canh 2 Wind Power Plant projects, in which Saigon – Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation (a subsidiary of KBC) was approved as qualified investor.

On the morning of December 19, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation officially broke ground on the Phu Binh Industrial Park project, a massive 675-hectare area in Thai Nguyen Province. This event is a highlight of a coordinated nationwide series involving the commencement and inauguration of 245 projects across 34 provinces and cities to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

BAC NINH – On November 27 afternoon, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee visited and worked with some companies in industrial parks within the area. On the afternoon of November 15, 2025, representatives of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) joined the delegation of Bac Ninh Provincial Leaders and Luxshare-ICT Group to attend the reception of General Secretary of the Party Central Committee - Mr. To Lam for Mr. Vuong Lai Thang, Vice Chairman of Luxshare-ICT Group (China) at the Party Central Committee Headquarters. On the morning of July 19, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation organized the groundbreaking of the Commercial Service Zone (Lot TMDV-05) Project of North Song Cam Urban Area (Hai Phong Central Point) in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City. This is one of the key projects expected to become a new symbol of architecture, infrastructure and quality of life in the new administrative center area of Hai Phong City. 

From 15 to 18 of July, 2025, Hai Phong city hosted the 3rd meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC III) with the theme: "Bridge – Business – Reach out" - a message that meant to be connected and to express the desire to cooperate to overcome challenges for sustainable development.

The Project of Infrastructure construction investment and trading of Phu Binh Industrial Park (Thai Nguyen province) with a scale of 675 hectares and a total investment of VND 11,492.463 billion, was approved by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province for investment policy approval and investor approval for Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) under Decision No. 2516/QD-UBND dated 30/6/2025.

On the morning of June 28, 2025, the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (HOSE: KBC) was held at the company's headquarters in Lot B7, Que Vo Industrial Park, Que Vo Town, Bac Ninh Province. The General Meeting was attended by 122 shareholders and authorized persons, representing 478,129,471 shares, which was equivalent to 62.2885% of the total votes of all shareholders of the Corporation. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - member of the Board of Directors cum General Director was authorized by Chairman of the Board of Directors – Mr. Dang Thanh Tam to chair the meeting.
