Forbes Vietnam recently officially announced its list of the "Top 50 Best Listed Companies in Vietnam 2026." KBC’s inclusion in this list for the fifth time serves as a testament to the company's solid governance foundation, exceptional execution capabilities, and commitment to sustainable development.

On the afternoon of September 15, the ceremony honoring Vietnam’s largest state budget contributors (VNTAX 2026) and the seminar "Creating National Growth Resources: The Role of Leading Enterprises in the New Era" took place in Hanoi, bringing together representatives from major enterprises and leading Vietnamese economic experts. At the event, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) was honored to be named among the Top 20 private real estate enterprises contributing the most to the state budget in 2026.

This marks the inaugural year Forbes Vietnam has compiled this list to recognize companies that have made significant strides in integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into their business operations.

On the morning of August 18, 2026, in a solemn atmosphere marking the upcoming anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam and the All-People National Security Protection Festival on August 19, the consortium of Sai Gon – Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation and Evergreen Bac Giang Investment Sustainable Development Joint Stock Company officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tien Duong 2 Social Housing Development Investment Project in Phuc Thinh Commune, Hanoi, under the trade name Evergreen Premium

On the evening of June 2, 2026, in Hanoi, under the direction and patronage of the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) organized the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards Ceremony. The event honored outstanding enterprises, entrepreneurs, and projects within the real estate industry. KBC was honored to be included in the TOP 10 leading industrial real estate developers in Vietnam.

On June 1, 2026, in Seoul (South Korea), KBC leaders accompanied the Hai Phong City working delegation, led by Mr. Do Thanh Trung, Chairman of the City People's Committee, to attend the Green Manufacturing Value Chain Cooperation Forum themed "Korea - Vietnam Green Industrial Park Development and Opportunities for Hai Phong City."

After more than a year of working between CTP Group and Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) for long-term cooperation towards a joint venture if conditions allow, first, CTP signed a land lease contract with KBC: Specifically, CTP ASIA B.V signed an agreement to lease 22.45 hectares of land in Trang Due 3 Industrial Park (Hai Phong) of KBC and have submitted investment licensing dossiers to the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board. 

To celebrate the major holidays of April and May and the Red Phoenix Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2026, on the morning of May 14th, Hai Phong City Party Committee and People's Committee held simultaneous groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for 14 projects at 13 locations throughout the city. Among them, the investment project for the construction and operation of technical infrastructure in the Binh Giang Industrial Park in Nguyen Luong Bang commune, with KBC as the investor, is expected to become a new driving force for industrial development in the city.

Within the framework of the State visit to Vietnam by the President of the Republic of Korea, Lee Jae Myung, and his spouse, on the afternoon of April 23 in Hanoi, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) and the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance co-chaired and organized the Vietnam - Korea Economic Forum under the theme of "Advancing Industry, Investment, and Science Technology Partnership between the two countries."

On the morning of April 18, 2026, at the Que Vo Industrial Park in Bac Ninh province, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (HOSE: KBC) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting was attended by 161 shareholders and authorized representatives, representing 705,888,665 shares, equivalent to 705,888,665 voting rights, accounting for 74.9546% of the total voting rights of all shareholders of the Corporation. Mr. Dang Thanh Tam – Chairman of the Board of Directors – presided over the meeting.
