On the morning of August 18, 2026, in a solemn atmosphere marking the upcoming anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam and the All-People National Security Protection Festival on August 19, the consortium of Sai Gon – Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation and Evergreen Bac Giang Investment Sustainable Development Joint Stock Company officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tien Duong 2 Social Housing Development Investment Project in Phuc Thinh Commune, Hanoi, under the trade name Evergreen Premium.

Evergreen Premium is a high-quality social housing urban development located in the northern part of the capital. Upon completion, the project is expected to provide over 8,000 apartments, meeting the housing needs of approximately 32,000 people belonging to groups prioritized for state housing support, while also making a practical contribution to the Prime Minister's directive to develop at least one million social housing units. Mr. Duong Duc Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee - emphasized that the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tien Duong 2 project demonstrates the city's determination to realize social welfare goals and improve the lives of its residents. He also highlighted the project as a standout example within the wave of social housing development currently accelerating across the capital.

The Evergreen Premium social housing complex is situated in Phuc Thinh Commune, Hanoi, within an area designated to become a new, dynamic growth hub in the north of the capital. Tien Duong 2 Social Housing Project received investment policy approval from Hanoi People's Committee via Decision No. 6619/QD-UBND, and the project developer was approved under Decision No. 4454/QĐ-UBND. The project is being developed by a consortium comprising Sai Gon - Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation and Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company. Notably, Sai Gon - Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation (SBG) is a subsidiary of KBC and holds a 70% equity stake in the project. The development comprises 20% commercial housing, with the remainder dedicated to "Capital-standard" social housing featuring comprehensive amenities - ranging from preschools and secondary schools to general clinics, commercial areas, entertainment zones, parks, and more.
A consortium member - Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company - was ranked among Vietnam's Top 10 Social Housing Developers in 2025 by Reatimes (Vietnam Real Estate Online Magazine) and VIRES (Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute), recognized for projects such as Evergreen Bac Giang and Evergreen Trang Due.
