On May 28, 2023, People’s Committee of Hai Phong City and Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (SHP) organized groundbreaking ceremony for Social Housing Area under the of Urban – Commercial Service and Housing Project for workers, Le Loi commune, Quoc Tuan commune, An Duong district, Hai phong city. The Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation which is Kinh Bac City Development Hoding Corporation’ s subsidiary is the investor for the project, with the total investment of nearly 1,600 billion VND.

Accepting the invitation from President of Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc paid a state visit to the Republic of Korea from December 4th to December 6th, 2022. This visit to Korea by President Nguyen Xuan Phuc took place in the context that the two countries Vietnam and South Korea are celebrating the 30th anniversary of establishing the diplomatic relation (December 12th, 1992 - December 12th, 2022).
