On the evening of June 2, 2026, in Hanoi, under the direction and patronage of the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) organized the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards Ceremony. The event honored outstanding enterprises, entrepreneurs, and projects within the real estate industry. KBC was honored to be included in the TOP 10 leading industrial real estate developers in Vietnam.

Delivering a directive speech at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction – Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh assessed the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards as an event of significant importance for the business community and the Vietnamese real estate market in the new development phase.

According to Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh, the awards did not only honor successes in investment and business but also highlighted new values such as innovation, digital transformation, the development of social housing, rental housing, community responsibility, and sustainable development. These were also the important orientations that the Vietnamese real estate market needs to aim towards in the coming time.

According to the Organizing Committee, this year's award season attracted over 200 applications from 70 enterprises competing in 12 categories, doubling compared to the first one. Not only increasing in quantity, the quality of the applications was also highly evaluated, with the participation of both large corporations and numerous small and medium-sized enterprises operating across various sectors of the real estate industry.

At the awards ceremony, the Organizing Committee honored the leading real estate enterprises in Vietnam along with the TOP 10 in numerous typical categories such as: Leading real estate enterprise in Vietnam, Most prospective real estate enterprise in Vietnam, Leading industrial real estate developer in Vietnam, Most potential commercial housing project in Vietnam, Best tourism, resort and entertainment urban area in Vietnam, etc.

Being honored in the TOP 10 leading industrial real estate developers in Vietnam at the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards is a worthy recognition for the persistent efforts of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) in developing a modern, synchronous, and sustainable industrial park ecosystem. KBC announces Cooperation and investment attraction activities

After more than a year of working between CTP Group and Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) for long-term cooperation towards a joint venture if conditions allow, first, CTP signed a land lease contract with KBC: Specifically, CTP ASIA B.V signed an agreement to lease 22.45 hectares of land in Trang Due 3 Industrial Park (Hai Phong) of KBC and have submitted investment licensing dossiers to the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board.

KBC commenced construction of an industrial park project with a total investment of over VND 1.755 billion in Hai Phong

To celebrate the major holidays of April and May and the Red Phoenix Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2026, on the morning of May 14th, Hai Phong City Party Committee and People's Committee held simultaneous groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for 14 projects at 13 locations throughout the city. On the morning of April 18, 2026, at the Que Vo Industrial Park in Bac Ninh province, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (HOSE: KBC) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting was attended by 161 shareholders and authorized representatives, representing 705,888,665 shares, equivalent to 705,888,665 voting rights, accounting for 74.9546% of the total voting rights of all shareholders of the Corporation. On the morning of March 11, at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony took place between the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and Accelerated Infrastructure Capital (AIC) regarding the investment in an artificial intelligence (AI) data center.
