The Project of Infrastructure construction investment and trading of Phu Binh Industrial Park (Thai Nguyen province) with a scale of 675 hectares and a total investment of VND 11,492.463 billion, was approved by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province for investment policy approval and investor approval for Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) under Decision No. 2516/QD-UBND dated 30/6/2025.
The Project of Infrastructure construction investment and trading of Phu Binh Industrial Park (Thai Nguyen province) with a scale of 675 hectares and a total investment of VND 11,492.463 billion, was approved by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province for investment policy approval and investor approval for Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) under Decision No. 2516/QD-UBND dated 30/6/2025.
The project is located in the communes of Phu Binh, Kha Son, Tan Thanh (names of new communes after the merger of the provinces) - Thai Nguyen province, with an operational duration of 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy. The project implementation period is within 60 months from the date of land allocation by the Governance.
The Phu Binh Industrial Park project was established in accordance with the master planning for the construction of Phu Binh Industrial Park - Urban - Service Area towards 2040 approved by Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 1117/QD of the People's Committee dated May 22, 2023, in which it is proposed that the area of about 675 hectares has the function of land use as an industrial park.
The Phu Binh Industrial Park project is located in the southeast of Thai Nguyen province, about 30km from the administrative center of the province. The project connects external traffic with Ring Road 5 - Hanoi (CT.39), which serves as a key external transportation axis on the southern side of the Project, which is planned to be a 6-lane highway; and is 750m from the existing National Highway 37 to Bac Giang.
In addition, the project also connects external traffic with the following routes: Ring Road 2 of Thai Nguyen province, DT.261D, DT.261E and DT.269B; which are important external transport axises in the Thai Nguyen Provincial Planning for the period of 2021 - 2030.
The project was established with the goal of becoming a concentrated and multi-disciplinary industrial park, attracting mainly high-tech, automation, electronic, clean and environmentally friendly industries, that can save resources, promote modern and support technology industries, and have high added value with less environmental pollution, etc.
The establishment of Phu Binh Industrial Park has helped KBC increase the industrial land fund to promote domestic and foreign investment, contribute to creating thousands of jobs for local workers, promote labor restructuring, economic restructuring in a positive direction, which contributes to the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province and the region.
