An electronic component manufacturing megagroup has decided to sign an MOU to lease more than 30 hectares of land in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province

On March 5, 2025, a day before the General Meeting of Shareholders of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), KBC and this Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the sublease of more than 30 hectares of land in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province.

This is a technology group specializing in the production of electronic components and products for various famous brands in the world. Up to now, this group has invested in 4 projects in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province. After a thorough process of research and survey, this Group has decided to choose Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park as the investment location. This new project is expected to bring more modern technology and new technical equipment to Vietnam, which will create tens of thousands of jobs for local people, while adding a significant contribution to the economic development of Bac Ninh province in particular and the whole nation in general.

Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province has been invested by KBC, and was granted an Investment Registration Certificate in 2021 by the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks with a scale of 300 hectares. Until now, Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park project has effectively attracted investment with 8 FDI and domestic enterprises, the total area of leased industrial land is 121.36 hectares, reaching 60% of the total commercial land area of the whole project, attracting a total investment capital of 1.15 billion USD. Many megacorporations have successfully invested in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park such as: Goertek, Foxconn PCB, SLP, ESR, Hi-P, Talway, ect. Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park project has always received a lot of attention from FDI investors due to its favorable geographical location, modern and synchronous infrastructure and maximum support from KBC - Industrial Park Infrastructure Investor. In 2025, with great determination, KBC aims to quickly complete site clearance and technical infrastructure construction for the remaining industrial land areas to soon hand over to investors according to the committed agreement and to record revenue.
