Road system

- External traffic: The main urban route running in the East - West direction acts as the external axis of the urban area. Road width 54m.
- Internal traffic: The internal traffic system is designed in a checkerboard pattern to provide convenient access for all vehicles, ensuring transportation needs for the entire urban area.
- Parking: Arranging 14 parking lots in the urban area to meet usage needs with a total area of ​​about: 6.53ha, using high-rise smart parking lots.

Water Supply

Total water demand is about 25,000m3/day. Water is sourced from An Duong and Hung Dao water plants.

Drainage and environmental sanitation

- Drainage:
+ The total drainage demand of the project is about 23,000m3/day, divided into phases suitable for the filling speed of the area.
+ Wastewater is collected and led to a centralized wastewater treatment area. After treatment, the wastewater must meet column A according to QCVN 14:2008/BTNMT standards before being released into the environment.
- Environmental sanitation:
+ Solid waste is divided into 2 types: Waste that can be recycled or reused; waste that must be destroyed or buried.
+ For hazardous solid waste, It is classified at the source and stored in separate containers, then transported for periodic treatment according to regulations.

Power and lighting

- The total required capacity of the area is about 53.03MW, equivalent to 58.92 MVA.
- Power source is taken from the newly built 110kV Trang Cat station with a total capacity of 126MW at the shaping stage.
