Kinhbac city development holding corporation (HSX: KBC) would like to inform that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 will be held as follow:

1. Shareholders Eligibility Checking Time: 8.45 AM, 25 April 2015
2. Meeting time: 9.15 AM, 27 April 2015
3. Venue:  Lot B7 – Que Vo Industrial Park – Bac Ninh – Viet Nam
4. Participants: Shareholders owning KBC shares according to the Kinh Bac’s List of Shareholders, final registration date was 18 March 2015.
5. Meeting Agenda:  Meeting materials can be downloaded at Kinh Bac’s website: www.kinhbaccity.vn no later than 12 April 2015.
6. Meeting content:

• Proposal for approval of Business Performance Report for 2014 and Business Performance Plan for 2015 by Board of Management, Board of Director and Corporate Governance Report for 2014 by Supervisory Commitee.
• Proposal for approval of Audited Financial Statement for 2014, selecting auditing company for the fiscal year 2015.
• Proposal for approval of plan for utilizing profit after tax of 2014.
• Other matter.
