Saigon- Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation was established accordance with Business Registration Certificate No 2003000142 issued by Planning and Investment Department of Bac Giang Province on April 6^th, 2005 and the second amendment on March 20^th, 2008 with charter capital of VND 200 billion. The main activities of company is set up to lease land with modern and synchronous infrastructure, lease and buy factory and office, business industrial park services and urban area. The Head Office is on Quang Chau Industrial Park, Quang Chau Commune, Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province. Kinhbac City Development Holding Corporation hold 62% charter capital of its compani on December 31^st, 2010.

Quang Chau Industrial Park was established accordance with the Decision No 637/QDTTg on April 25^th, 2006 of Prime Minister. Saigon-Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation is the investor. Quang Chau Industrial Park is the big and leading important Industrial Park in Bac Giang Province with total area of 600ha and developed in the model of modern architectural complex consisting of  Industrial Park, Urban Area, Entertainment and Service Zone.
